Orders and Pricing

- Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
Payments
- Full payment must be made as per the invoice terms.

- Late payments may incur additional charges or service delays.
Delivery

Eligibility for Return/Refund
- Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery, only if the product is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Items that are custom-made, imported on request, or sold as final-sale are non-returnable unless defective.
Return Process
